MICHIGAN — A 60-year-old motorcyclist was killed Thursday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash on North Dort Highway, according to the Flint Police Department.
Police identified the victim as Robert Dennis Scott. Authorities said Scott was riding a green Kawasaki motorcycle northbound on North Dort Highway near Churchill Avenue around 4:50 p.m. when he collided with a silver Volkswagen Passat that was also traveling northbound.
Following the initial collision, investigators said Scott was struck by a black Chevrolet Silverado traveling southbound.
Scott was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said it was not immediately known whether speed or alcohol played a role in the crash.
