
FLORIDA — One person was injured in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on Interstate 75 in Lee County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash occurred on the southbound lanes of I-75 near mile marker 128 at the Alico Road exit shortly after 7 a.m.
Authorities said one person was transported to a hospital following the crash. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
A tow truck remained at the scene as crews worked to clear the vehicles involved.
