GEORGIA — A 17-year-old boy was injured in a shooting at a South Fulton apartment complex early Friday morning, according to police.
Officers were called to an apartment complex in the 4400 block of Cascade Road Southwest around 3:40 a.m. after reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found the teenager suffering from injuries. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. Authorities have not released information on his condition.
Investigators remained at the scene Friday morning. Detectives were seen examining a truck with multiple bullet holes and shattered windows as part of the investigation.
No arrests have been announced, and police have not released information about a suspect.
South Fulton police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact the department.
The investigation remains ongoing.
