
OHIO — A Cuyahoga County man is celebrating a big win after purchasing a $5 Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket worth $150,000.
According to the Ohio Lottery, the winning ticket was from the “Aces and 8s” game, which offers a top prize of $150,000 and multiple chances to win.
After required state and federal taxes totaling 23.75%, the winner will take home approximately $109,875.
Lottery officials said the ticket was sold at Speedway #3385, located at 35066 Center Ridge Road in North Ridgeville.
The Ohio Lottery said it has contributed more than $34 billion to education since its inception in 1974.
