
FLORIDA — Eleven people were arrested Thursday morning after St. Cloud police executed a search warrant at what authorities described as a “nuisance property.”
According to a news release, the home in the 800 block of West New Nolte Road had been the subject of more than 40 calls for service in 2025.
Police said the search warrant followed an investigation into activity at the property. During the search, officers seized more than 60 pieces of evidence, including 28 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia that tested positive for methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Authorities said the home was later condemned by St. Cloud code enforcement and building officials. Osceola County Animal Services also removed eight dogs from the property for care.
Police identified those arrested and their charges as:
- Austin Owens — possession of a new or legend drug without a prescription
- Anthony Dow — possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia
- Angel Butler — dealing in stolen property
- Daniel Gammon — possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence
- Bethany Mauldin — possession of drug paraphernalia
- Robert Goddu — resisting arrest without violence, with additional charges pending
- Kenneth DeBergh — possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest without violence
- Ayla Dejesus — failure to appear warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false identification to law enforcement
- Kathleen Delahanty — possession of methamphetamine
- Donald Gilbert — possession of methamphetamine
- Alexis Harding — possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia
The investigation remains ongoing.
