OHIO — A building was heavily damaged Friday morning after a car crashed into it near the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and Hazelwood Avenue, authorities said.
The crash occurred just before 10 a.m. at a business located near Westside Bowl. Part of the building’s facade was dislodged, causing visible damage to the bricks underneath.
The vehicle involved sustained heavy damage to the front bumper and driver’s side doors, and its airbags deployed.
Officials have not yet determined what caused the crash or whether anyone was injured. The incident remains under investigation.
