
MARYLAND — Two adults were transported to hospitals following a crash involving entrapment early Wednesday morning in Montgomery County, Maryland.
According to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services, emergency crews responded around 4 a.m. on June 10 to the intersection of Route 355 and Redland Road in Rockville for a two-vehicle crash.
Fire officials said one person became trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by rescue crews.
Both adults involved in the crash were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. Officials have not released information on the extent of their injuries.
Several lanes in the area were blocked while emergency personnel worked at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no additional details have been released.
