OHIO — Police are investigating two separate stabbings that occurred Tuesday in Bellville.
According to the Bellville Police Department, officers were first called to the area of Main Street and Durbin Avenue for a report of a man with stab wounds.
Officers arrived at the scene and began treating the victim.
While on scene, police were notified of a second stabbing involving another individual in a different part of town.
Both victims were taken to OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital for treatment. Their conditions have not been released.
Police have not confirmed whether the two incidents are connected. The investigation is ongoing.
