
MARYLAND — A 78-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man were injured in a shooting Wednesday afternoon in Baltimore’s Cherry Hill neighborhood, according to police.
Baltimore Police said officers responded around 3:03 p.m. to the 800 block of Seagull Avenue for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a 78-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Police later learned a second victim had arrived at a hospital seeking medical care. Officers identified the victim as a 22-year-old man who suffered a gunshot wound to the foot.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting have not been released.
