Luis Angel Ramirez Cortes, 29, was also charged with felony trafficking in methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine. He was likewise ordered held without bond.
Investigators said a third suspect was arrested outside Forsyth County, but additional information about that person has not been released because the investigation remains ongoing.
The Forsyth County Drug Task Force said the case involved assistance from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Winston-Salem Police Department, Kernersville Police Department, King Police Department and federal partners.
