ILLINOIS — Three people, including a teenager, were shot Saturday night on Chicago’s South Side, according to police.
The shooting happened around 10:22 p.m. in the 7900 block of South Drexel Avenue in the East Chatham neighborhood.
Chicago police said two of the victims began arguing with a group of men before someone pulled out a gun and opened fire.
A 33-year-old man and a 29-year-old man were struck by gunfire and taken to an area hospital. Both were expected to survive, police said.
A 17-year-old boy, who was standing outside during the shooting, suffered a graze wound to his eyebrow from a bullet. He was also expected to be OK.
No arrests have been made, and police continue to investigate.
