
OHIO — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a weapons-related charge.
According to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers, 33-year-old Marcus Foster is currently wanted for having weapons while under disability. Authorities describe Foster as a Black male, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds.
Officials say Foster has a prior history that includes drug-related offenses and burglary. He was last known to reside on Kirby Avenue in the College Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati.
The warrant for Foster’s arrest was issued as of April 15, 2026. Law enforcement officials have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the current charge but emphasize that individuals prohibited from possessing firearms can face serious legal consequences if found in violation.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Foster’s whereabouts to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers or the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. Tips can be submitted anonymously, and information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward.
The case remains under investigation as officials continue efforts to locate Foster.
