INDIANA — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 21-year-old man from northwestern Indiana.
According to the Highland Police Department, Brody Shelton was last seen around noon on Thursday, May 28, in Highland, located about 155 miles northwest of Indianapolis.
Authorities described Shelton as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a beige and green sweatshirt and riding a blue-and-green Huffy mountain bike.
Police said Shelton is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
Anyone with information regarding Shelton’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the Highland Police Department at 219-838-3184.
A Silver Alert is issued for missing and endangered adults or children who may be at risk. Officials said the alert was activated to help locate Shelton and ensure his safety.
