GEORGIA — The Savannah Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Thursday afternoon at a local bank.
Police said the robbery happened around 3:44 p.m. at the Bank of America located at 2153 E. Victory Drive.
According to officials, the suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the scene on foot.
As of 4:10 p.m., no arrests had been made. The investigation is ongoing.
