PENNSYLVANIA — A boiler malfunction prompted the evacuation of an elementary school in Dauphin County on Thursday morning, according to emergency dispatchers.

Crews responded to South Hanover Elementary School on West Third Street at about 8:19 a.m. after reports of a problem involving the building’s boiler system.
