PENNSYLVANIA — All lanes of Interstate 81 northbound are closed Tuesday morning following a crash in Franklin County, according to emergency dispatch.
Officials said the crash occurred around 7:35 a.m. near mile marker 13.5. It is not yet clear how many vehicles were involved.
Pennsylvania State Police and the Marion Volunteer Fire Company have responded to the scene.
According to PennDOT’s 511PA system, the closure stretches between Exit 10 (PA 914 – Marion) and Exit 14 (PA 316 – Wayne Avenue).
Authorities have not released information on injuries, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
