CLARK COUNTY — A juvenile is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries following a shooting Saturday evening in Clark County.

Deputies and medics were called to the 4400 block of Reno Road around 6:37 p.m. after reports of a shooting at a gathering of teenagers.

According to authorities, a juvenile at the event pulled out a gun and shot another.

The suspected shooter has been detained, and the investigation is ongoing.

The incident has shaken the close-knit community, with many residents expressing concern and checking on one another in the aftermath.
