
MARYLAND — One adult was killed and three juveniles were injured in a single-vehicle crash Friday night in Baltimore County, according to police.
Officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded around 9:45 p.m. to the intersection of Poplar Hill Road and Merrymans Mill Road for reports of a crash.
A preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle was traveling southbound on Poplar Hill Road when it left the roadway and struck a tree.
An adult passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the juvenile driver and one juvenile passenger suffered life-threatening injuries and were transported to an area hospital. A second juvenile passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also taken to a hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
