OHIO — A Georgetown man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Thursday evening in Brown County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said 37-year-old Bradley L. Ayers was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Centerpoint Road near Frost Road in Pleasant Township.
A preliminary investigation determined that Ayers was driving a 2016 Ford F-150 southwest on Centerpoint Road shortly after 5 p.m. when the pickup truck traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment.
Authorities have not released additional details about what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the crash remains under investigation.
