NORTH CAROLINA — A fatal two-vehicle crash shut down part of Bessemer City Road and the Exit 14 ramp from Interstate 85 in Gaston County on Friday morning.
According to Gastonia Police, the accident occurred just before 8 a.m. at the I-85 Exit 14 ramp.
Authorities urged drivers to avoid the area to allow first responders space to operate.
Details about the victims have not yet been released.
