INDIANA — One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash Sunday afternoon in Elkhart County, according to authorities.
The crash happened on Old U.S. Highway 20 just west of Pine Arbor Drive.
Police said a vehicle driven by 69-year-old Ralph Elswick, of Elkhart, crossed the center line and collided with another vehicle.
Elswick was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
A passenger in Elswick’s vehicle was also hospitalized with injuries and has since been released.
The driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
No additional information about the cause of the crash or the conditions of those injured has been released.
