FLORIDA — A 26-year-old woman was killed and three men were seriously injured in a crash early Sunday morning in Columbia County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash happened around 4 a.m. along County Road 245 when the driver, a 22-year-old man, failed to navigate a curve and crashed into a tree.
Authorities said the woman died at the scene.
The three men inside the vehicle suffered serious injuries and were taken for medical treatment.
County Road 245 was shut down near Southeast Price Creek Drive and Southeast Sharon Lane while troopers investigated the crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
