ALABAMA — A 23-year-old Brundidge man was killed Monday evening in a single-vehicle crash in Pike County, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

The crash happened at approximately 5:10 p.m. on June 1 along Alabama State Route 125 near mile marker 23, about four miles south of Brundidge.

Investigators said a 2004 Ford Ranger left the roadway and overturned. The driver, identified as Le’Travous Z. Griffin of Brundidge, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle during the crash.

ALEA officials said Griffin suffered critical injuries and was transported to Troy Medical Center, where he later died.

Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate the crash.

No additional information has been released.
