PENNSYLVANIA — One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash overnight in West Philadelphia, according to police.
The crash occurred at the intersection of 48th Street and Walnut Street and involved two vehicles.
Police said three people were traveling in a Dodge Durango, which may have been speeding at the time of the crash. The second vehicle, a Chevrolet, was occupied by a single man.
The driver of the Chevrolet was pronounced dead following the crash. Authorities have not yet released his identity.
The conditions of the three individuals in the Dodge Durango were not immediately available.
The incident remains under investigation as police work to determine the exact cause of the crash.
