FLORIDA — One person was killed and several others were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash in Sunrise, Florida, early Sunday morning, police said.
According to Sunrise Police, the crash occurred around 3 a.m. in the 2900 block of University Drive.
Authorities said one of the drivers involved in the crash was pronounced dead at the scene. Other individuals were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The identity of the deceased driver has not been released.
Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
