NORTH CAROLINA — A 48-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash Wednesday evening in Greensboro, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
Officers responded to the crash around 7:45 p.m. on Creek Ridge Road. Authorities said Richard Meades was operating a motorcycle when it collided with a Jeep that was leaving a parking lot along the roadway.
Meades was pronounced dead at the scene.
The department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation into the incident.
