
ALABAMA — A Florence man died after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Lauderdale County, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Authorities said the crash happened around 1 p.m. on Lauderdale County Road 14 near the Natchez Trace Parkway.
Investigators said 68-year-old Brad A. McCorkle was riding a motorcycle when it struck a truck.
McCorkle was thrown from the motorcycle and taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Officials have not released information about the condition of the truck driver.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is continuing to investigate the crash.
