
OHIO — A Maineville woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash Sunday evening in Warren County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash occurred around 7:10 p.m. on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road in Union Township.
According to investigators, a 2006 Ford Focus was traveling westbound when it went off the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment.
Authorities said the vehicle overturned several times before hitting a guardrail and coming to rest.
The driver, identified as 51-year-old Paulette R. Hines of Maineville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers said Hines was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision.
