PENNSYLVANIA — A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle early Monday morning in Delaware County, according to officials.
The crash happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 4300 block of West 9th Street in Trainer Borough.
Police and fire crews responded to the Parkview Mobile Home community for reports of a pedestrian struck by a car.
Officials said the victim went into cardiac arrest immediately after the crash and later died.
Authorities have not released the victim’s identity.
The circumstances surrounding the crash have not been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
