
OHIO — A Bellefontaine man was arrested Wednesday evening after allegedly stealing a van from downtown Bellefontaine, according to police.
The Bellefontaine Police Department said the vehicle was reported stolen during the early afternoon hours.
A short time later, law enforcement officers located the van at a known address outside the city limits.
Police identified the suspect as 29-year-old Jakob Yule. He was taken into custody and booked into the Logan County Jail on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Authorities said additional details about the investigation are expected to be released later.
