TOLEDO — The Toledo Police Department has confirmed that one person was killed and three others are hospitalized following a head-on collision late Friday night.

The crash occurred just after 11:00 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of West Laskey Road.

According to police, a westbound vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with another car.

The driver of the westbound vehicle was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Their passenger sustained serious injuries and remains in critical condition.

In the other vehicle, two passengers were also injured and are recovering in the hospital.

The incident remains under investigation.
