Employees are advised to contact their employers to confirm whether they should report to work.

The counties currently affected by the Level 3 Snow Emergency include:

  • Athens County
  • Fayette County
  • Hocking County
  • Jackson County
  • Morgan County
  • Pickaway County
  • Pike County
  • Ross County
  • Scioto County
  • Vinton County

Residents in these areas are urged to stay off the roads to allow emergency crews to clear and treat the highways.

Conditions remain hazardous, with snow accumulation and drifting making travel dangerous.
