OHIO — Federal authorities have charged an Ohio couple with involuntary manslaughter in connection to a 2022 death at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.
Kodi Glenn Simon, of Cleveland, and Kateri Ann Simon, of Avon Lake, are accused of causing the death of an unidentified victim.
If convicted, they each face up to eight years in federal prison.
The Naval Criminal Investigative Service led the investigation.
Court records show the Simons were arrested on Jan. 16 in Mahoning County but have since been released from jail.
