PENNSYLVANIA — Several people were transported to hospitals after a single-vehicle crash near railroad tracks in Lancaster County on Wednesday morning, according to dispatchers.
The crash happened around 9:21 a.m. on West Sun Hill Road in Penn Township.
Dispatch records show multiple people were reported injured in the crash, which occurred near railroad tracks in the area.
Emergency crews from the Manheim Fire Department and officers with the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department responded to the scene.
Authorities said the scene remained active as of around 9:40 a.m. Wednesday.
Officials have not released details on the number of people injured or the severity of those injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
