FLORIDA — A multi-vehicle crash is causing major delays for early morning commuters on Interstate 75 northbound, with traffic backed up for approximately seven miles.
The crash occurred near River Road, where crews are working to clear the scene. According to FDOT/FL-511, multiple vehicles were involved in the collision, and at least one person was injured.
Motorists traveling through the area should expect significant delays while emergency responders and road crews continue their work.
Drivers are encouraged to use U.S. 41 as an alternate northbound route to avoid the congestion. The cause of the crash has not been released.
