
MICHIGAN — A multi-county drug bust in Metro Detroit resulted in the seizure of fentanyl, heroin, firearms, and more than $270,000 in cash and jewelry, according to authorities.
Investigators said detectives executed five search warrants on Friday, April 17, including at a home on Stansbury Street on Detroit’s west side.
Officials said the investigation targeted a drug trafficking organization believed to be operating in both Washtenaw and Wayne counties.
During the searches, detectives seized nearly 700 grams of heroin and fentanyl, as well as crack cocaine, four firearms, and more than $270,000 in cash and jewelry.
Authorities said no charges have been filed at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
