
KANSAS — A nearly year-long investigation into methamphetamine distribution in Herington concluded this week with several arrests and the seizure of illegal drugs, authorities said.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office said its drug enforcement unit began investigating methamphetamine activity in December 2024.
The approximately ten-month investigation led to a search warrant being executed on October 9, 2025, at a residence on the 500 block of South A Street. Deputies recovered methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and other controlled substances, along with drug paraphernalia.
Arrest warrants were carried out with assistance from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, Junction City Police Department, and Herington Police Department.
Those arrested and booked into Dickinson County Jail include:
- Charles Miller, 48, of Woodbine — charged with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, and no drug tax stamp.
- Tyrone Wynne, 44, of Herington — charged with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, and no drug tax stamp.
- Jessica Christy Auntie, 44, of Herington — charged with distribution of methamphetamine, distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, and no drug tax stamp.
- Anne Marie Foxx-Cupp, 48, of Florence — charged with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and no drug tax stamp.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests and charges are possible.
