FLORIDA — Five people were arrested and two others remain wanted following an undercover narcotics investigation that targeted suspected drug activity across multiple Polk County communities, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives launched the operation on April 30, focusing on suspected illegal drug sales in Haines City, Lake Wales, Davenport, Lakeland, Auburndale and Winter Haven. Investigators identified seven suspects during the operation.

Authorities said five suspects have been taken into custody, while arrest warrants remain active for 37-year-old Jacob Esau Jackson IV and 22-year-old Jacquez Gamble.

According to investigators, three of the arrested suspects are accused of selling marijuana within 1,000 feet of a church, while two others are charged with selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a house of worship.

One of the suspects, Donovan Roserie, was on probation for burglary and grand theft at the time of the investigation. Detectives allege Roserie sold drugs to an undercover officer while wearing a court-ordered ankle monitor. A search of his apartment reportedly uncovered a long gun, ammunition and marijuana packaged for sale.

The five arrested suspects are Donovan Roserie, Demetrius Tyrone Jackson, Tiffany Marie Morrison, Arnold McFarlane and Darwin Outsey Jr., each facing multiple drug-related charges.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jackson or Gamble is asked to contact the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 863-298-6200.
