PENNSYLVANIA — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after a body was discovered in Columbia County Saturday morning.
According to a press release, troopers were notified just before 7 a.m. of a report of a body found along Ridge Road in Montour Township.
Authorities have released few details about the incident, including the identity of the individual or the circumstances surrounding the death.
State police said there is no threat to the surrounding community at this time.
The investigation remains ongoing.
