
TEXAS — An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 6-year-old girl who was last seen Friday evening in Dickinson, according to Texas authorities.
Investigators said Kiara Hsieh was last seen around 6:39 p.m. Friday in the 12300 block of Second Street in Dickinson.
Kiara is described as a white female, 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 60 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and a scar on her forehead.
Authorities believe the child may be in grave or immediate danger.
Officials are also searching for 36-year-old James Ramirez in connection with the alleged abduction. Ramirez is described as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 136 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and multiple facial piercings.
Investigators believe Ramirez may be driving a brown 2012 Ford Explorer with Texas license plate SVM5598.
Anyone with information about Kiara’s whereabouts is asked to contact Harris County Sheriff’s Office Precinct 4 at 281-376-3472. Texas Department of Public Safety officials urge anyone who sees the child or the suspect to call 911 immediately.
The Amber Alert remains active as authorities continue their search.
