$2 million lottery ticket winner sold in Ohio

OHIO — A Cincinnati-area resident is celebrating a major Ohio Lottery win after claiming a top prize on the Holiday Millions Scratch-Off game.

The winning ticket pays $80,000 a year for 25 years, totaling $2 million. The winner chose the $1 million cash option instead of the annuity. After state and federal taxes totaling 27.125 percent were withheld, the winner will receive $728,750.

The winning Holiday Millions ticket was sold at Meijer #150, located at 3911 State Routes 22 and 23 in Loveland.

Holiday Millions is a $30 scratch-off ticket that features a top prize of $80,000 annually for 25 years. As of December 11, 2025, one top prize remains unclaimed in the game.
