NORTH CAROLINA — Two people were hospitalized Thursday afternoon following a shooting near an old hotel in northwest Charlotte.
The incident happened around 1 p.m. along Eddleman Road, near I-85 and Bradford Drive.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said two victims were taken for treatment, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with minor injuries.
The shooting occurred near the now-closed Lamplighter Inn. Police have not released additional details as the investigation continues.
