GEORGIA — The Bryan County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday evening that a detainee was found unresponsive at the county jail.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., detention officers discovered 37-year-old Wesley Barrow in a medical cell. He was transported by EMS to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The investigation has been turned over to the regional force investigation team.
