MISSISSIPPI — Jackson police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and three others injured on Saturday night.
The incident occurred around 11 p.m. in the 5600 block of Dogwood Trail. Officers found 48-year-old Roosevelt Denson, Jr. at the scene with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
Three other victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
