
INDIANA — Eleven individuals were arrested Monday night after Washington Police executed a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Southeast 7th Street.
The warrant was carried out around 10 p.m. by the Washington Police Department Emergency Response Team (ERT) and 2nd shift officers.
All individuals inside the residence were detained without incident.
During the search, officers discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, pills, syringes, drug paraphernalia, and other items linked to narcotics distribution.
Several individuals now face charges:
- Cody Taylor, 35, was charged with dealing methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a syringe, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Seth Osborne, 45, faces charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Kayleen Fox, 28, and Steven Kirby, 28, were charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
- Jason Walker, 42, Zackery Stephens, 26, Cody Simmons, 31, Kyoko Alsman, 45, Aarow Truelove, 22, Shaina Luna, 35, and Brett Douglas, 23, were charged with visiting a common nuisance.
The investigation involved assistance from the Washington Police Department detectives, the DEA Task Force, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, and the Indiana State Police.
