
OHIO — Two people were killed early Saturday after a car crashed into a Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) bus on the east side of Columbus.
The crash happened at about 12:30 a.m. June 27 near the intersection of Sunbury and Mock roads.
According to Columbus police, a car struck the COTA bus. Two people died at the scene from their injuries.
The bus driver was transported to a local hospital with injuries that have not been disclosed.
Police have not released the identities of those involved.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
