LOUISIANA — The Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man who was last seen earlier this week.
According to deputies, 51-year-old Travis Millet was last seen around noon on Wednesday, June 10. Authorities said he was walking on Bayou Jacob Road toward Highway 1 when he was last observed.
Millet is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Deputies said he was last known to be wearing a blue or purple T-shirt, blue jeans and tennis shoes.
Investigators noted that Millet has been diagnosed with autism and generally tends to avoid or shy away from people.
The sheriff’s office is urging anyone who may have seen Millet or who has information about his whereabouts to contact the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office immediately at 225-687-3553.
The search for Millet remains ongoing.
