TEXAS — Three people were arrested Thursday after a narcotics investigation led authorities to search two residences in Orange, according to local law enforcement.

The City of Orange Narcotics Division, working alongside the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the West Orange Police Department, executed search warrants at homes in the 2300 block of Bolton Street and the 1500 block of Inwood Drive.

Investigators said the operation stemmed from an investigation into the alleged distribution of methamphetamine in the city. Authorities identified Rolanda Conklin and Miller Zeigler Jr. as suspects in the investigation.

During the searches, officers recovered methamphetamine, cocaine and several firearms, according to authorities.

Investigators also located Corey Hoffpauir at the Bolton Street residence and alleged he was in possession of methamphetamine.

Conklin, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony.

Zeigler, 42, was arrested on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, both second-degree felonies.

Hoffpauir, 37, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a state jail felony.

The investigation remains ongoing.
