
MICHIGAN — A man in his 60s was killed in a hit-and-run crash near Chandler Park on Tuesday night, according to Detroit police.
The incident happened at approximately 9:45 p.m. near the intersection of Frankfort Street and Dickerson Avenue on Detroit’s east side.
Police said the man was walking in the area when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver did not stop after the collision and fled the scene.
The victim died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Authorities have not released a description of the vehicle involved.
