
FLORIDA — Three people were arrested after a narcotics investigation led Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies to a Tampa residence where they recovered drugs, a firearm and ammunition.
According to the sheriff’s office, members of the Gang Unit executed a search warrant at the home and arrested Riyen Viverette, 24, Antonio Viverette, 52, and Jessie Viverette, 54.
During the search, deputies said they found a firearm, cocaine, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, synthetic cannabinoids, ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
Riyen Viverette faces multiple charges, including trafficking in synthetic cannabinoids, sale and delivery of cannabis, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a two-way communications device and cannabis possession charges. Authorities said he is a 10-time convicted felon who was released from prison on Jan. 1.
Antonio Viverette was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jessie Viverette was charged with possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay child support under a civil order for arrest.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
